In order to use converted golf carts “low speed vehicles” in the subdivisions of the City, certain requirements must be met. The converted golf carts must meet the requirements of 49 CFR 571.500, be registered and the operator must possess a valid driver license.

Applications for employment as a police officer may be obtained at Rossville Town Hall. All persons employed as a officer must obtain state certification within 6 months of employment.
